Recalls are pulled directly from the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) via saferproducts.gov, and from the FDA's openFDA API, which covers food, drug, and medical device recalls. Every recall page links back to the original official notice so you can verify the details at the source.

The database refreshes automatically on a daily schedule, so newly announced recalls typically appear here within a day.
